Even though Mr [redacted] hired the contractor himself, I have sent people on five different occasions to work on this complaint of low water pressure.? The well pressure was set at pounds.? Mr [redacted] hired a well contractor who installed a new pressure tank.? At that time, the well pressure was adjusted to pounds.The house is under warranty with [redacted] Homes and they have been contacted about this problem.I feel I have already gone above any responsibility I might have had to this complaint

We met with *** today at Elite and we think all of the misunderstandings have been addressedHe knows and has agreed to complete our requestsPlease withdraw or mark the complaint as satisfied by complainant and mark the matter

The complaint has been solved to our satisfaction and the company is willing to work with us going forward
