Bus to Fort Lauderdale to Tallahassee. I was told by red bus customer service where to wait, and read online where to wait for my bus which was 40 MINUTES LATE, and the bus drove right pass me without stopping. I called customer service and was told the bus will not turn around. I want a 100% refund and only received $40 for a $190 trip. The corporate office is not even answering their phone and I have called exactly 12 times and counting.

I was taken off the bus and told to wait for 3 hours, when I got back on the bus it was of much lower quality, wifi didn't work, and I paid for the first class trip. I have not received my promised refund and all of my calls and emails are being ignored.
