Amazon has accepted my return of one incomplete piranha.
We have informed the customer of our warranty process and what IS and ISN'T covered under warrantyWe sent out parts to fix issues as they arose to help the customerA very similar problem accrued again and rather than sending out another set of electronics to possibly be compromised by the issue, we asked the customer to send the vehicle to us so we can diagnose the issue at our expense and not the customerOnce the issue is found and resolved we were going to ship the vehicle back to the customer for $The customer did not want to cooperate with the steps needed to get his vehicle fixed.And now, here we are
Hello,We have asked the customer several times to send the vehicle(s) into our for evaluation We are not going to send out any parts without testing his current equipment first, as there is a chance the items are not bad at all.The customer is now harassing our employees and we have discontinued contact with him for the meantime, as we await his vehicle(s) to be sent into our facility for evaluation.Thank you,Redcat Racing
I took the toy to a redcat dealer and repair shopLocal to me, they are the shop whom informed me the parts I needed, I informed redcat what I was toldI really don't have a level of trust that this company is or will honor they're warrantyIf they would like they can ship the parts to the dealer and I will have them install the partsI have trust in the redcat dealer over the company .The Hobby Store*** ** *** *** *** ** ***
