My company works with RedBrick to offer different health incentivesOne option is to have a health screening completed and you earn $I went to my doctor and had the evaluation completed and received a copy of the fax that was sent to RedBrick with the cover letter and verified the fax number was accuratedays (March 13th, 2017) later I got an email that my screening results were uploaded and I went to check and everything was incorrectThis health screening showed I was obese, at a risk for hypertension, etc, everything was in the red category and nothing matched what my stats were or what the from I had gotten from my doctor saidI contacted them that day by phone and was told there was nothing they could do to edit it since it wasn’t in their department and they had no way to contact who inputted the informationI asked to speak with a manager, who very rudely told me I HAD to send my results once again or they would not be able to edit the current profileI very adamantly requested that they just clear everything out since I was not uncomfortable with the way things were being handled and didn’t want them to have additional health information about me and was told that’s not an optionSo, I gave in and resent the informationMarch 22nd my results were “updated” – once again incorrectly – and no one will assist me againI am being told they are “working” on the ticket – but half of the results were updated correctly and submitted so that I can view them and then some of the results were just left from the last screeningI have spent countless hours on the phone, have had several agents hang up on me, most agents say they don’t have any way to helpAt least one agent lied to me when I asked to be sent to take the phone survey and said they didn’t have oneI am shocked that a company that is supposed to be promoting health can cause so much stress and be so rude and unhelpfulI will never again trust this company with my personal information and will ensure everyone I know is aware of how I have been treated

employer has approved an exception for any consumer who can provide documentation of their activity during the relevant time period We called the consumer this week and explained the exception process Our understanding is she is forwarding her documentation, which will be satisfactory to earn her incentive We believe our conversation this week provided the consumer with all the information she needs, and we request she please contact us again if she has any further questions or issues.Regards,Kim ***General Counsel

RedBrick Health delivered the appropriate incentive files to Cigna (International Paper Company’s health insurance carrier, who also administers incentive payments for their wellness plan) for Mr*** on a timely basis, and we have received confirmation from Cigna that
those amounts were immediately paid out to Mr*** through direct deposit Mr*** refers to $total in incentive payments. Please see below for the dates on which the files were delivered and the dates the amounts were paid to MrJester: Amount Date of File Delivery/Incentive Payment $200 February 26, $100 March 22, $100 June 14, Please note, Mr*** had received all of his incentive payments before he filed his complaint with the Revdex.com. On behalf of RedBrick Health, I sincerely apologize for the poor consumer experience for Ms*** and her spouse? Ms*** correctly identified the root cause of the issue she raised, which is that the roster file received from her employer did not include her spouse's complete identifying
information, which caused his health screenings information to not load correctly and his results to not be applied? On Monday, September 26, 2016, we received a new roster from Ms***'s employer that had her spouse's complete information, and screening results were applied by the end of day on the 26th? His portal also now correctly displays his screening results and his rewards activity, and Ms*** was so informed by our consumer support team? August 7, 2017, we had a final communication with Mr*** regarding resolution of his underlying issue, which was that a duplicate payment was inadvertently made to his account in March 2017, and an adjustment was made to his payment in Qto correct for this overpayment? Overall, Mr*** has been paid the correct amount according to his employer's plan rules? Thank you for your correspondence regarding Mr. [redacted]' experience with RedBrick Health.  Mr. [redacted] has contacted us directly regarding the same topic (completion of his health risk assessment), with his first communication on December 3, 2016.  We extensively researched Mr. [redacted]'...

I am rejecting this response because: Redbrick is the ones that wrote the software and they control what data is recorded. Sure they say I  have no proof they are stealing from employees on a massive scale, would it be in their interest to record this? The is a distgusting situation. I am filing a complaint with the FBI White Collar Crime Divison I hope they can do something.
