I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is (barely) satisfactory to meSince Red's Towing has stated they could not get through to *** or *** how did they think I would be able to contact them since I told the person at Red's Towing my cell phone was dying? One reason my phone battery was low was because I had to wait on hold with *** for a long period of timeI understand Red's Towingr policy, no phone confirmation no towI am not sure I understand why when they finally did have me on the phone and I as able to give them directions to my vehicle, they could not dispatch the truckObviously they don't really care about the person on the road needing the towThanks for absolutely nothing

we have a police contract when a car is on hold we can not give out any information on it per the contractwe told her multiple times we only take exact change cash only she was upset and thought her car should be free cause it was stolen we explained to her that we don't work for
free does she ? we drop our money in a safe as employees do not handle any change che came in with a rude attitude right away I told her I was sorry when I gave her change Tell us why here

im sorry for your complaint but a company called *** dispatches for *** and we tow for them they do the texting ectwe have to call and verify every call to make sure the address is right they are wrong many times we cant just drive in circles all day and there was a snow storm
last week and *** was un reachable to give goa calls back im really sorry and we do not tow for ***
