Red Tower Regalia

I order a product on August 31, 2023 from the website https://nanweittool.shop. The charge on my bank account reads Red Tower Regalia. It also states that it’s for clothing which I did not order clothing. I have contacted both companies several times with no answer in the emails get returned back to me. I either want my money back or my product but furthermore, I think this company should be shut down. What a scam! Three weeks, and no tracking number, no update, nothing!
