on any given day we can wait up to 2 hours per cab. Dispatcher gives inaccurate times. Are calls are constantly pushed off. are address is blocked due to a lie. the driver [redacted] last name unknown of oakdale taxi has repeatly argue with us, tryied to push are calls off and over charge us.Constantly talking about her personal medical problems...Shes completely unprofessional.Action should be taken to have her removed.we have been left stranded by her.Desired Settlement: WE would like to be unblocked and [redacted] be dismissed from her employment.
