Funds depleted from checking account and no services rendered. 6/26/2014 I made an attempt to purchase gas m at [redacted] in [redacted], Nc. I never recieved the gas.The pump was apparently a credit only pump which never gave me previous issues. I was prompted to see the attendant. Went inside asked for 25.00 in gas prepaid. My card was then swiped 3 times then declining.Funds were definitely available before I stopped there.. When balance was checked it was at 0.00. There was 36.87 in account before card was swiped. I brought it to the attendants attention showing him the recent activity. They held $25.00 then took the other remaining 10.87. It is now showing as a posted transaction. Yet we recieved no gas or any merchandise. He said Id have to talk to the manager in the morning. What if that was all the money I had and no gas at all? Basically I would have been in bad shape had I not had enough gas to get me home.There was no sense of urgency by either the clerk whose name was [redacted] or the manager named [redacted] in fixing the situation.Desired SettlementBetter customer service and replacing only the funds depleted from our checking account by error of their company.More info received from the consumer 2014-07-28Business did follow up with us. Dispute has been resolved.
