Review: I bought 2 (two) tickets on line for the concert of Pavel Volya, the Russian artist for 3/18/15. Two tickets cost $118.00. A seller is Red Square Media Group Corp. This concert has been canceled. The seller never notified me about this cancelation. I found out about it from the Internet.I needed to get a refund and I called CEO Rachel Tagiev regarding this problem and sent her my tickets back by email on 3/17/15. I asked to send me a confirmation regarding this refund. She never did. Her staff did the same wrong thing. They just ignore the customers and lie. First they promised to return money, explaining that they were so busy to do a refund. Now they even do not pick up the phone. I guess my husband and me are not the only customers who can not get the money back. This company location is 323 Avenue X, Brooklyn, NY 11223. CEO's cell: 347-994-9999. She uses this number for her business calls.Desired Settlement: I just need my money back in the amount of the price of two tickets: $ 118.00
