I reached out to the company on 08/23/19 via email (after their phone number didn't work) after my hat I ordered came to me already used, it smelt of seat and the tags had clearly been removed and stuck back on. I emailed them to see if I could get a return label to send back that item. I have yet to hear ANYTHING back after following up via *** and email 5 times.
On January 19th, I wrote 47 Brand on *** messenger to let them know that the order I placed online was in correct when it arrived. I ordered a large and they sent me a XXL. They told me to call a customer service number to return ...I called and did not get a response or call back. I wrote back on *** messenger which started a 27 + day of them saying they are working towards it and that I need to be patient! 27 days and now they have stopped even sending those poor messages of incompetence!
It is a return not rocket science so I just want the correct shirt. When you pay $30 for a T-shirt you want the right one and size!
April 7 2018, I placed an order for a hat on the 47brand wedbsite.. The order number is ***, I have not received anything to date and the order as listed as being paid and not shipped. Attempts to reach 47brand via email have gone unanswered.
We do apologize for the delay on your order. We had given you a 25% discount for the delay on your order and your order was shipped out and delivered on 5/1.

I ordered a hat on March 16th and was informed it would ship in 2-5 business days. I received a confirmation of my order so I know it was processed. I received no other notice for over a week when I first emailed them inquiring about my order. I never received a response. I emailed multiple times to multiple different emails found on their site with one even “replying” that my email was received and was under review. Another week went by after that email with still no response of any kind to any of my previous emails. I sent one more email yesterday, April 17th, letting them know that I would give them 24 hours to respond before I contacted the Better Buisiness Bureau. No response.
we do apologize for the miscommunication on your order. Unfortunately we were unable to fulfill that order in a reasonable amount of time. We were hoping that item would come in, but when it didn't we refunded you on 4/20 and our system says it emailed you, but of course it could have ended up in a spam filter or something. Again we apologize for the issue with your order, I will have someone email you a promo code to use on a future order for the inconvenience.

I placed an order on March 4 for a hat. I received a confirmation email stating they have received my order and would later get an email when the product shipped. I noticed that they took out the funds from my bank account. Over 3 weeks went by with no email. I emailed the company to look into this matter because I got charged for this purchased. I did not hear anything back. I ended up calling the company and got a voicemail so I left a message. I got no response back. I ended up emailing them a second time and still have not heard back. It was been a total of 27 days since they withdrew the funds from my bank account and I have not received my purchase nor have I received any attempt to get back with me to discuss this issue.
