Review: my phone screen broke and there is a company that replaces screens , I brought it to this mans home and the first screen tried was not working so he placed one that did not match the phone till the next day when he could get the right part . so I had to travel to him again when he is a mobile service ... I had to drive to his home again to get the problem fixed and the next screen applied was flickering but he said that is ok and should be fine, later on the phones screen was not working properly acting like it was possessed making apps and other things impossible to work . when I contacted this man by text I never heard back from him so I text him several hours later when I was able to and added I guess I will share my experience with others online. in which he replies back to me very rude with a phone call and began yelling at me so I hung up and called back after a bit and he began yelling at me again. so I posted our experience online and the next day he calls me telling to stop flagging him on craigslist at this point the phone call had actually woke me up so I have not yet been online because I was asleep and now he tells me he will not refund my money after he told me he would and also added he will not fix my phone even though it is under a 6 month warranty and it has only been 2 days and continues to just yell at me and threaten me telling me to come on over he will show me who the [redacted] is . and then tells me he will not fix anything I can just go ahead and sue him so I began this little rant hoping that this company does not do this to anyone elseDesired Settlement: I want my money back $129 or for them to pay for it to get fixed from a qualified location
