Thanks for bringing this complaint to our attention.This customer was part of a large group, with each member of that group receiving a private coupon code for 15% off their badgeThis customer used the same code twice in the same order, resulting in 15% off, then another 15% off of thatThe system caught her double usage and charged her back for the second 15% offThe total she paid was the total agreed to and paid by every other customerUpon hearing her complaint via several nasty emails we provided a phone numberDuring that discussion she called us "thieves" and said we "stole" the money from herAt that point, wanting nothing further to do with this customer, we immediately refunded 100% of what she paid back to her credit card and cancelled her account.Please let us know if there are any other follow ups we can provide to resolve this matter
