Red Sands Vacation Properties

We had bed bugs and we sent them pictures of the bed bugs and the bites all over my body. There was even the standard fesses or dead bugs in the mattress that they say to watch for. After waking up and having mosquito like itches all over my body after sleeping I pulled the sheets back and found the evidence. We even found a bed bug on the bed. I didn't ask for a refund or a penny from them. All I wanted them to do was fumigate and send me a copy of the fumigation. I understand that someone can bring them in and it's not their fault. I kept asking every month for a copy of the bill for fumigation so I could make sure they did it. Every month they said they didn't have it yet. It's been over a year and they have not fumigated the house yet. Like I said I did not ask for a refund or any kind of reimbursement from them. I just wanted to make sure they were a responsible company and took care of problems. They are not and they are neglecting the safety of the those staying in their properties. Bed bugs can transmit diseases and they are not doing what needs to be done to prevent the transmission of disease or the spread of bed bugs! I am only leaving 1 star because I have to. In my opinion they deserve zero stars for putting money over peoples health and safety!
