I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I have sent you an email notification weeks agp to let you know I finally received the money order rhey said they sent me, the 1st was never received. I did NOT have any appt's let alone numerous ones to go pick up the check. My husband was in the hospital so I asked them to mail it to me, that check never arrived however but I did receive a 2nd one however I did not receive it prior to filing my complaint. I consider this matter resolved FINALLY although I shall never step instead of this tattoo shop again since the owner used such filthy profanities on me. Nor will I ever recommend this shop to anyone EVER. Thank you Revdex.com!!
Review: I had a tattoo done by [redacted] at Red Room Tattoo on September 7, 2014. To book the appt., we had to leave a $40.00 deposit (cash). On my appt. card (which I still have), it was written by the person making the appt. $40.00 deposit. When I had the tattoo done on 9/07/2014 & [redacted] was finished, I asked him how much I owed him. He stated, "$200.00" which I paid him using my debit card & I also gave him a $20.00 tip. After I got home, I remembered about the $40.00 deposit. I began a series of phone calls to get my money back. 2 weeks ago last Saturday, I spoke with [redacted] at the tattoo shop & he told me that my check had been mailed on Friday. I should have received the check in 1-2 days, I still have NO check. I spoke with the owner or manager last week, told him my plight & he began swearing at me over the phone & told me to quit calling. I want my money back & I want to report them for bad & unethical business practices. Can you please help me???Thanking you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter, I appreciate it more than I can say.Desired Settlement: I want my $40.00 back ASAP. If I do not get it back, then I will explore my remaining options as to how to get it back. Thank you again!
