Dear Mr. [redacted] I thought we had a great conversation and resolution yesterday with the gift certificate I sent you. If you can email or call the travel agent or website you made the original reservation with and they call me an assure me that I won't be charged I will be happy to refund your fee's. When you make a reservation through a 3rd party there are fee's for the hotel. You explained to me yesterday that you spoke to someone with a foreign accent, we don't have anyone here that has an accent. However when you called to cancel on the site you called will have a record of that and a cancelation number, they document everything. Please contact me or have the original point of reservation call me and when I speak to them I will defiantly reverse the charges. I hope we can get this resolved today. Thank you again!!
