As per our previous conversation months ago regarding Ms. [redacted]'s case. She made a guaranteed reservation through Red Roof Inn central with her credit card ending #[redacted] from 6-24 to 6-25. All guests with guaranteed reservations received a confirmation via email...
and also cancellation policy. Ms [redacted] did not canceled her reservation on time.She was charged for a No show.
We held her room on 6/25 until noon time. She claimed that she did not made that reservation. All her info on that reservation was accurate.
Due to that issue we agreed to honor her a 20% off rate on her second stay on 6/27. We exclaimed her about the no show charges she was upset about that.
