Red Roof Inn Columbus North - Worthington

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to
complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is somewhat satisfactory to me However I still feel they owe my husband something for the hardship he endured during our stay but I know that Red Roof won't pay him anything The refund for the entire stay will suffice but we will never use their motels again I will make sure that all of our friends and associates know of how we were treated during our stay and advise them to never stay at Red Roof in the future They were totally wrong in how they handled this whole situation I again challenge anyone in the Red Roof organization to spend days in a motel room without being able to use the toilet and tub/shower and then they will understand what my husband went through during our stay

Revdex.com made a courtesy call to business to follow up on this complaint and spoke to *** *** manager, who responded verballyHe said he refunded this guest's entire stay by issuing a credit to the card she used for payment
