Horrible hotel experienceDirty, loud, and unsafe
My wife and I stayed here on 9/23/and were exhausted from our driveWe were forced to wait in the lobby for almost half an hour because the front desk person couldn't figure out our reservation that we already booked and paid for onlineWhen we finally got in our room it was filthy and we slept in our clothes on top of the blankets(make that try to sleep) as the construction workers a couple of rooms down were drunk and loud banging around in and out of their rooms all hours of the nightOur television didn't work and we went to the front desk about it only to be told that something must be wrong with the cableWe had to stream shows the best we could on our computer because we had no televisionOur room felt unsafe as the top part of the lock that you latch to lock the door was gone and also it was scary taking a shower because the shower bar for safety was goneOur dogs kept us up all night and couldn't relax in additio

Unsatisfactory room.Unsatisfactory results from complaints to manager.On 8/17/2014 we rented room #110. The room itself had only one working light - was missing SEVERAL light bulbs. There was a severe case of mold on the ceiling above the shower. The safety rod in the tub was broken and dangling from one side. The electrical socket between the two bed did not had a cover on it was an open socket with bare wires showing.The room was very much a health and safety hazard. When I tried to bring it to the Manager and desk clerks' attention they acted as if they could not care less. We were not the only patrons filing complaints at this time. There was another complaint being filed with the manager about an iron at the same time....with the same result nothing !!Desired SettlementA full refund of the $71.64 we spent on the room would the desired settlement. But to see this business made to totally update and make sure their rooms are no longer a hazard to patrons would be great also.
