I tried calling the 800 number on 1/19/2016 leaving a message for a call back.
This is not at our hotel the guest states at the Red River Inn. This is at the hotel next to us

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
They had more than a MONTH to catch this issue, but I'm not at all surprised to see them putting it on someone else. I cannOT believe they don't know what someone they authorize to book for them is offering.
Either way, they may rest assured that we will NEVER use their facilities, and will let our friends, both immediate and social media know about them
