I paid in advance $1,785.00 for 3 micro-needling treatments. I received only one. Upon trying to receive the second Dr. *** Long passed *** the business was immediately closed. I was told a refund would be issued for the amount paid for the 2 un-used treatments $1,190.00.
I have called and written a letter requesting a refund.
It is now months later and there has been no correspondence or refund.
Request assistance in securing this refund.
