It is our practice to have bids out on site or within a few daysHowever after a series of events following my meeting this client I got behind, then I was gone from work a couple of days for personal reasons and had consultants in our offices a couple days this past week I have not had as
much time as to stay on top of bids or phone callsThis is the exception and not the rule for my company, I have a great team of installers that do great work every day, I have a great office staff and we are a growing companyAs the owner I wear many hats that include doing all the salesSometimes, as described above those other hats delay the processI have gotten Mr*** his bid today and apologized to him for the delay

Good Morning,We were contracted to remove some shrubs and a small tree in front of the house and replace with new bushes and a new tree The stump from the old tree had to ground out in order to plant the new tree There was no mention of an irrigation line running under the tree that
needed to be removed If you see the attached signed proposals, which clearly lists in the terms and conditions, that we are not responsible for such lines In summary, this is a charge that Mr*** would have incurred regardless if the line was known about in advance or not He would've had options, 1) to have the irrigation company come out and re-route the line or 2) do as we did, remove the stump, incur the damage, and have the repair done anyway Please let us know if any further action is recommended.Sincerely,*** ** ***PresidentRed Oak Landscaping, Inc
