My engine service light has come on indicating a "diesel heat" issueI called my sales rep, she emailed the service rep and cc'd me weeks agoI've email both, called for assistance and had no follow up

Thank youThe specifics of the incident began Tuesday the 13thOn that day I applied for credit after speaking with the dealership about purchasing a SUVAfter being approved I received an email from the finance manager that explained I am a qualified buyer and they would be happy to work with me That evening the negotiations started with my vehicle trade in, though with ** recall, they did not address
Next, the following day on Wednesday the 14th I called the dealership and spoke with Drew ***, it was 11:45AM and he had said that there was only finance manger available to do my contractI can understand if you are busy I replied, and made it a point they called me by 5pm
I had to call them back only to learn that the sales person Drew *** was never at the dealership, but then was later told at 6pm that he was there and sold the vehicle hours ago, at 3pm
That evening the finance manger Joel Dcalled me and explained conflicting events about the way the purchase went aboutAt that point I became aware of what was going on & then conducted research to consumer agency policies that prohibit these types of events
I hate to state there was a discrimination act involved as I feel cheated out of an offer in writing, I told the dealer this purchase was dependent on my employmentThe facts are in the correspondences that are all by email which I have but either way, I made them aware of the situation only to be insulted again & again
Unfortunately I will purchase my vehicle outside of Colorado Springs and will see that the complaints I filed with ** as well as with the ***will not be overlookedI am pleased to hear that you have taken the extra steps to hear my concerns
