Red Mountain Weight Loss

My complaint is that Red Mountain does not honor their referral program. They tell you over and over again that if you refer someone you will get a discount on your next visit.

I told them I had a friend that was going to start. They had me put his contact info on a form on their form. They also had me fill in a second "business card" sized referral card. Clearly, they had preexisting knowledge on their own paperwork.

Today, when I saw the PA she immediately (on her own) thanked me for referring my friend. I told her that I refer everyone. She thanked me again.

When I went to the from desk to check out I asked about my referral discount. The front desk person and the office manager both told they could not give it to me because whomever was working the from desk when my friend signed up did not list me as the referring person. I replied, you must be kidding. The doc knows I referred him You know I referred him because you have the paperwork for the referral. But because some from desk person did not enter it when he was here I do not get it? OK fine.

OBVIOUSLY THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR COMMITMENTS AND GIVE REFERRAL CREDITS. Please tell everyone you know: If you are happy with the results, sure, go ahead and refer someone. BUT BEWARE: THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR PLEDGE TO GIVE YOU A REFERRAL CREDIT! It is a bit and switch type of tactic.

The RM3 program is a 5 start. The reason I am giving a 1 star though is because I paid $548 for the program this month and the appetite suppressant was $64 of the cost. This was on 3/23/2022. On 3/25 I received the medication in the mail. The cap was not on and the bottle was not closed all the way. The medication was mostly gone at that point. I called right away. The Red Mountain Arrowhead location Manager, Tracy, called me back in the morning of 3/26 and said that she will order a new bottle. It would arrive on 3/29 or 3/30. She would call me and I would have to bring the bad bottle in to exchange. I understood that accidents happen. I never received a call back. I went in on 4/2 for my weekly shot. I spoke with the assistant manager, Tabytha Newton, and she said that the pharmacy is running behind with orders. She gave me her business card and said that she would call me on 4/4 and was so sorry for the lack of communication. She assured me again that she would call me on 4/4, but if for some reason she was not able to, to please call her direct line on her business card. Today is 4/5 and I tried to call her direct line on the business card and to my surprise, that number has been disconnected. I than called the only number I could find for REd Mountain Arrowhead and it was to a call center. Amanda let me know that she would get a not over to the Arrowhead location. Amanda than called me back a few minutes later and let me know the medication should be arriving today. I asked her when it was ordered and she said Saturday. I asked it it was this past Saturday or the week prior and she said this past Saturday. That means the Manager lied to me the week prior. I was extremely upset and demanded a manager call me because this is unacceptable. The assistant manager, Tabytha, just called me back and said that she thought she told me that she would call me back when it came in. She ordered it yesterday and put a rush on it to be here today. She will let me know when it arrives so I can do the exchange. For the inconvenience she is going to put a $25 credit on my account. That is so kind. That should pay for my round trip gas to have to drive there an extra day and take over an hour out of my day because of their error.

OMG, I started my diet plan on Dec 4, 2021, I paid the full $500.00 plus and I lost 3 pounds. On my follow up in Jan 2022, I was told it will be better to redo the first month with the same pills and a pill to control my Appetit. So I paid another $500.00 pluse, and then I bought the pill appetit for $60.00. here I am on my 3 week end and I gain all my weight back... what a scammmmm.

This company MUST be closed! They have you sign a consent before taking their medication crap!
If you drive a expensive car, will you agree to sign a consent and take responsibility for possibly bad gas you put in it? No you wouldn’t! Then why not treat your body like an expensive car, if not better?

I have been going to the red mountain weigh loss since April, unfortunately the location in Phoenix on 75th ave hasn't made my experience pleasant! The staff are clueless.. They always lose ur file, and make you wait for hours and come back with excuses. On numerous occasions, I get there for my weekly shots and wait in the lobby and witness others come in after me and leave before.. My own sister walked in on a Saturday 10 minutes after me she was called in for the same service.. When she went in and told the nurse I was there before her and that is when they acknowledge you and call u in.. Last Saturday had an appointment, singled in and was called shortly. They put me in a room and an hour later I had to go out and remind them I was there., I heard other patients coming in after me, seen the doctor and left while I was still in the room. When u approach the front desk they are look at each other like " what do we do"! They are clueless but unfortunately paid for a full month so I am stuck with them for few more weeks!! Save ur money and go elsewhere.. For the money I pay, the service is not worth it!!

I have been going to the 75th Avenue location since June. My experience with the staff has not been positive. I'm going in for weight loss but the staff only seems concerned with showing me the discount/ sale on skin care and procedures. I thought I was paying for weight loss.

I was in yesterday for my RM3 shot, your staff could not figure out how many injections I had prepaid. As I drive to your facility on my lunch break I do not have time to sit around and wait. I asked that they call after they figured out what was going on, I have yet to hear from anyone and still have not received my shot.

I know finding compassionate caring and knowledgable staff is key, unfortunately that has not been my experience.

I have nothing but good things to say about Red Mountain Weight Loss. I have been happy with everything; their staff, their office and the results from their products.

WARNING!!!!!! I came to the Chandler location to get Coolsculpting on both sides of my stomach. They tell me it'll take about 12 weeks to see the full results so I waited the full 12 weeks for my post appointment (they try to get you in a week after the treatment since you're not expecting to see any results by then and they don't have to deal with an angry customer who spend a lot of money and received no results) since I didn't see any change, I was curious to know what they would have to say and all they did was ask if I noticed anything and I told them I haven't noticed any changes. They just took pictures and said she'll email them to me in a week, and after reviewing them, I look exactly the same as my before pictures. There's nothing that they will do for you when you find out you've been scammed... it's a huge waste of money! On top of that, I started to notice veins coming through to the areas that the machine was attached to and anytime I scratch my skin in that area, it feels numb. My advise to anyone looking to get this done, please DO NOT waste your money and potentially cause some nerve damage! It's not worth it!
