Red Mountain Roofing

September 2014 had record setting rains here in [redacted]. The back addition of the house developed major leaks and flooded from poor workmanship of a prior roofer 6 months earlier. The first roofer did not replace all the rotten wood, also the 1st roofer did not use an underlayment.
It was very easy for the Red Mountain inspector to figure out these problems after he almost fell thru some rotten wood upon his walk around inspection. He wrote up an estimate / contract for materials and labor, which included an underlayment, flashing, and the replacement of rotten wood as required.
Mesa has had 3 heavy rains since Red Mountain finished the job, and I haven't found a leaky drop anywhere in the attic or inside the house. These guys are very professional. Sorry to take so long with a positive review, but it needed to rain a couple of times. Have a Happy New Year all.

Review: in 2013 Red Mountain Roofing / [redacted] agreed to repair dry wall, paint and replace a ceiling fan and damaged window treatments at no charge to me. They agreed to do this because their roofing work proved to be faulty which caused the water intrusion into our townhouse.

Red Mountain completed almost all of the work except for replacing the ceiling fan and water damaged window treatments. I estimate the cost for these items is $600 not including installation.

When I was able to reach [redacted]/Red Mountain he agreed to send me a check for the $600 to close the job....after several promises to mail or drop off a check I never received a response back to my many emails and phone calls to [redacted].

So my complaint is that Red Mountain agreed to do the job and did not complete it to my satisfaction and now won't respond to my requests to complete the job or send me a check.
