Red Mango

Review: 12/**/2013 at 5pm I went to ny to visit my mom in nyu hospital she is currently suffering from kidney failure and some disease that effects her small intestine, so b4 I walk to hospital I ask her what would u like for me to bring, she said she wanted frozen yogurt with raisin and granola. So before I got out of pen-station I went to this red mango I ask for to small original with granola I payed with credit card left the women a tip and receive no receipt.That was the first mistake! I walked to the hospital I got there at 530pm. I bring the yogurt to my mom she takes 2 spoons full and says This is spoiled so at first I thought she was crazy so I tried mines. And it was bitter and had this sour bubbly taste. I said mom your right so I put in my bag until I walked back to the pen-station! I got back to the store at 8 pm I told the lady at the counter the issue she says go to speak to the store manger ABDUL. I then tell him the issue he says well this isn't originally it's mango . I said I watch his employee poor it from the dispenser it was original and it was spoiled! I advised him that I would like my money back for my 2 sundae he told me to hold on he went back behind his counter and started discussing the issue with the employees! He came and ask me what would I like instead I said I just want my money back I have to get on my train HE YELLS NO ! I said what do u mean no I'm the customer I payed for my Sundae I just want my 11.87 cents back ! He started calling all his employees to try n kick me out the store I told him I'm not leaving until I get my money he says lower my voice! so I went and got the police and I explained the story ! the officer agreed with me and said he was wrong me , but he can't force him to give me back my money he told me to file a complaint !! Or take the store credit !! Why in a million years would I want store credit for a place that treats the customers like garbage!! I TRIED TO GeT HIS LAST NAME AND REFUSE TO GIVE IT ! WORST PLACE EVER! HE NEEDS TO BE DEPORTDesired Settlement: All I asked for from the beginning was a refund and that all I wanted it was 11 .87 cent plus my 1 dollar tip which she was non deserving of !! I'm disgusted that a place that could treat customers that way Especially with all this competition out I'm pissed I have that location my money and my times which causes me to piss my train n my brother was 2 hrs late for wrk ! Thank for nothing red mango ! And an apology would be great
