Hello,? For this guest we did check the room when he came to checkout , it was heavy smoke smell & we told him about it.? It was confirm & check by our front desk agent & head housekeeperSo as for smoking policy guest sign that they know we do hold all deposit if room has been smoked inDue to its hard to remove smoking smell from hotel room its takes days for it to be back to normalHe claims he didn't we check all our roomsThank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Your front desk lady and the cleaning lady said NOTHING about it smelling like smoke...They said the window was open and it smelled like spray which it did because after taking a shower I sprayed some body spray, your employees ASSUMED that because the window was open and it smelled like body spray that we had smoked in the room which was NOT trueNobody smoked in the room or anywhere near it, I will never stay in one of your establishments if this isn't made right.
