Hello, ? I wanted to follow up on a complaint made by *** *** ? *** had called to cancel her reservation for the night of September and was informed she needed to contact *** as she had booked through a third party vendor and not directly with the hotelShe had
booked a non-refundable room rate regardless of cancellation date and timeShe was informed of this policy and was upset that we would not waive the feeWhen a guest uses a third party vendor, we as a hotel honor and uphold the policies attached to that specific booking and hers stated that it was non-refundable regardless of cancellation date and time, full payment would be collectedShe had left a message on our voicemail stating that since we did not take care of this for her that she would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.comWe were specifically upholding the policy with the reservation type she herself bookedWe did make contact with the guest before she filed a complaint but she did not like the outcome of our conversation since it did not end in her favor.? ?
