Red Lion Hotel In Coos Bay Oregon

My complaint is this was my worst experience with this Hotel wasn't please at all with the lady in charge Rose was her name. She was very Rude when we arrived when I told her I had 2 yorky service dogs she said they couldn't be there then I told her I had copies of card for service dog she demanded she see them so I showed her, Then told me they were not service dogs I said bull they are. So she charged me extra for both dogs, and put me in the a room that I couldn't stay in for 2 days and then we checked out. Would like get a refund. For my stay, the carpets were bad in several area thru out the room I told her I took pics of room carpets and I wasn't paying for someone elses damage to the room..
