Red Lion Hotel Anaheim Resort

I stayed at the hotel fro 1 night. I booked two rooms. I was overcharged. I was charged 4 times.
Stay 2/14/20 check in. and Check out 2/15.

I have tried calling. Apparently you can only speak to someone when you book- but then you are overcharged- you cannot speak to anyone.

I need this resolved and an immediate credit to my account.

Also- the woman at eh front desk to check us in has little knowledge of how to check in people. She charged each room separately and then again when we left.nI all asked for an adjoining room- she said it was-but it was not. Also the pool was not heated. And the beds alphas some sort pf soot and debris in them. The sheets had not been washed.

This was a special night and our first time staying with you. I am not very happy- and will need a call back to correct this situation.
