Thanks for taking up my case I have attached pictures from the dealer of the water in my gas and a video I've attached the bill from the dealer I've also attached proof of authorization from [redacted] of when the gas was purchased I have more pictures that I could send later if needed I was only allowed attachments Thanks again***

1. On Sunday May yth, 2017 Saratoga General Store serviced 345 customers with fuel, 2,540 gallons were unleaded gasoline sales, (ref to supporting documentation attached). Mr. Keegan's water complaint is the only complaint we have received to date.2. An electronic tank monitoring system located inside the store, (which monitors water in all tanks), shows no water in the unleaded tank on May 7th, 2017. Ref to supporting documentation attached.3. All gasoline dispensers at Saratoga General have water sensitive micro filters, which will shut down the dispenser if water is detected. No such shut down was reported on May 7th, 2017 by the store.4. Deliveries by our companies transport truck on 5/5/2017 and 5/8/2017 did not indicate a water problem on the BOL or delivery ticket.Based on the above facts our investigation did not indicate that water was present in the unleaded gasoline on May 7th, 2017, resulting in the denial of Mr. [redacted] complaint. Please forward all correspondence on this matter to me at the address indicated below.
