They gave us an estimate, then after the job increased the fee by double the amount without giving us any receipts, invoices, etc. Only after we insisted did we get the receipts and their main workers email stating the days and hours worked. After reviewing the paperwork the amount we had already paid was more than the receipts, etc totaled.
Also, they DID NOT follow the manufacturer's instructions listed on the product and the job that was done will need to be re-done. We refuse to pay them anymore money, yet they continue to email and call us with threatening messages! They are threatening to put a lien on our home, there was no contract and we have his email of the estimate stating the amount of what we already paid for a job that they did incorrectly and we will have to have re-done in six months.
