Review: Although credit cards are accepted at the business with the stickers displayed on the door, they informed me their machine was broken and could only accept cash. They offered no other method of processing my credit card payment. They had towed my car, and are now charging me storage fees daily. They are also operating their business under a different name than they have listed with the 76th precinct. I think they are trying to get cash only from me because my payment may be in some part meant to remain off the books, and they are inventing the story of the broken credit card machine. However, even if it's true I don't believe I should be incurring penalties because of it.Desired Settlement: I want to know the amount I'm being charged is in compliance with standards and the local precinct, I don't want to pay any storage fees for my car because of their credit card machine, and I would like to pay them via credit, as advertised.
