Terrible experience. I was very meticulous about choosing the correct specifications from their website, I confirmed everything with their saleslady and place the order. The confirmation had my name spelled wrong, but the correct part number so I thought everything was OK. Later I was called to say the color of the tire was not available, I said that it didn't matter about the color and they sent it out, but when I received the tire both the hub size and the bearing size were wrong despite my having specifically ordered the ones that I needed. I wound up paying $38 for shipping both ways and still I couldn't get my tire.
