On September 28, 2015 [redacted] was quoted $565 for the installation of the equipment. We did not however cover any further costs when the technician had to return and it is unacceptable to not be on time for an appointment and to not have the proper equipment. This was addressed with our service vendor. We agree that a credit of $130.91 should be applied. We have credited your account for the $130.91 leaving a balance owed of $760.00.
