Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: obviously the dispute was not resolved I filed this complaint after talking with the company The company told me that all they could do for me is give me half the amount that would buy me a new comparable suit I expressed dissatisfaction but was told that this was all they would do for me This is a very low bar for "customer satisfaction." I received a check for $349, which I have not deposited because Red Hanger destroyed my $wedding suit I now do not have such a suit during my third year of law school as I complete interviews, clinics, and internships Sincerely, [redacted] ***
We spoke with [redacted] and offered to have the garment analyzed to determine the cause of the color lossAfter filling out the paperwork, it was determined the the cost of the analysis plus the shipping and handling would be $After speaking with ***, it was decided to pay her that amount rather than send the garment to be analyzed [redacted] agreed to this resolution
The issue has been resolved with the customerThank you!

We were very sorry that there was an issue Mr. [redacted]'s suit. We always want to resolve any issues. We spoke with Mr. [redacted] and we feel that the issue was resolved.
