Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below [I am rejecting the business's response due to the story that the owner is claimingWe called to talk with her about the food, because we first got the wrong orderThe owner was extremely rude and when I tried to talk with her she stated if I didn't like the way she was talking to me to shut up and eat what she gave meShe then told me to bring the food to her and she would change itAnd when explaining that we don't have a car and her restaurant is on the other side of town, she said it was not her problem and to eat what I gotAnd when I asked does she treat all her customers with the same hostility, she said she wasn't going to continue our conversation screaming at me either I come to her or forget itThen I stated I would call my department of health, and that's when the owner claimed very hostile that we would have to wait an excess of three hours for redelivery, and it wasn't her son as she claims delivered my food, because I had to call my delivery driver back to notify him that she was replacing my orderIf the driver is in fact her son, why did he have no clue he had to get my replacement? When the guy arrived I did get my order and tried to return the old order but got more hostilityThe reason for asking for my money back can be backed up by Rhode Island Department of Health's inspection report for the restaurant found at this website [redacted]
I understand why this customer was upsetWe tried very hard on this day to make food and send out food, we were very very busy this dayI stopped the whole kitchen to make her food and had my son deliver it right awayThat is not fair she wants her money back as well when she received the food on
the second deliveryWe have been in business yearsWe try so hard to make everyone happy

[I am rejecting the business's response due to the false story that the owner is claiming. We called to talk with her about the food, because we first got the wrong order.
