to send someone to her office with her cash refund (we don't even deliver). I'd offered her an exchange, refund or in store credit. She refused and insisted someone bring her new food or her cash to her office. I again told her we were unable to do that. Then she became very rude and hung up on me and proceeded to send the following texts to me (attached). As I see it now, there is nothing to settle
