Review: This comapany has expressed that they can not fulfill their contractual duties and have not, so we have asked for a refund, and they have not responded. We paid a retainer fee for them to do the service that was outlined in the contract and they have not been able to fulfill their side of the agreement.

Customer is not entitled to a refund as per the contract agreement we signed with them. They agreed we would rebook their event dates. They are aware they are not entitled to a full refund based on that contract, as stated: “Due to the cancellation of the prior agreement, from here forward, Dela Publishing agrees to give Red Dragon Booking & Entertainment a chance to re- book the shows that could not be booked based on the terms of the contract before asking for a refund.”

We have made every attempt to satisfy the client. We have not heard back from client therefore we closed this file until we hear from them.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

It is not true. We gave Red Dragon Booking and Entertainment a chance to rebook. We have been constantly contacting this company, and they never contacted us back. Our last email to them was April 29,th, 2013. They did not respond and have not beeen contacting us. They took our money and we were not given anything promised. Look at the date. It is now January 27, 2014. This company needs to refund us back the retainer that we paid, because they never booked the agreed upon shows for us at all or in a timely manner. The last email we received from them was April 10, 2013. They have been giving us the run around and now it is too late to book any tour.
