I cancelled and left this practice over a year ago and I continue to get collection letters for a "missed appointment" I told them I am not paying for an appointment I cancelled and left the practice because of this Drs front desk staffThey could never get me in for an appointment in a reasonable time frame The doctoe would change her schedule and cancel on me then take months to reschedule me they would not take a cancellation list or a waiting list nor do they call/text/email any sort of communication to confirm appointmentsThen they have the absolute audacity to charge for an missed appointment that I cancelled months in advance I went to another practice in February of - but they are saying that I missed an appointment in June of When I had already cancelled and moved out of their practice This front desk/office staff is totally unorganized and I will not pay for their incompetence
