Unfortunately no oral claims can be accepted if you have something in writing stating that was the warranty you were supposed to receive please submit it belowFor now I have attached a copy of the warranty that I have on file for customer that was purchasedOut of goodwill I have reached out to the warranty to see if they can extend it an additional year however no guaranteesI am waiting for the rep to get back to meAlso the warranty is non refundable or cancel-able as we already attempted that route

Said customer had vehicle inspected by shop of his own choice, after inspection he still choose to take delivery of vehicle and was satisfiedCustomer drove vehicle from NY to NC which is about miles and arrived safely, which means the car was in good shapeVery possible customer caused the issues on the vehicle himselfVehicle was an out of state transaction, which is considered AS-ISCustomers deposit was refunded in fullCustomer also received his plates on time and his vehicle was correctly registeredfee was for doc of vehicle and customer agreed to pay it he had a choice to not purchase the car and he didCustomer seems to be having buyers remorse and he signed a store policy saying all sales are final!

The Vehicle was originally advertised on that price as we were running a winter saleThe sale was over the following day and the vehicle price was raised back to $39,Customers deposit was refunded after as wellPrice can no longer be honored as our sale was a day only sale

Said customer was contacted and responded tooMatter was settledCustomer signed for the warranty and acknowledged receipt of warrantyThere were no additonal overage chargesWe have also attached a copy of the warranty contract

I fully understand the difference between an oral claim and a well written oneI do not have any documentation pertaining to the actual warranty that I received from this dealership as I was not provided it upon the purchase agreementYes I did ask for it at the time but was advised by an employee Nevin B*** "Finance Manager" that it would be mailed to me at home shortly as it was submitted online as I have explained beforeI was also explained the terms of the warranty and agreed to pay an extra one hundred dollars to have a zero dollar deductible which I paid in cash, only to later find out that that term was not honored as my deductible amount was the standard optionMy problem and complaint with this business is the shady and downright dishonest selling practice of the warranty for which they sell to consumers to earn a commission onExplaining one thing and promising it to a customer upon the finalization of a sale and then later changing it is best viewed as fraud and not something a business with an A+ Revdex.com rating should be engaging inIf I was shown the warranty summary that is attached on this page and properly explain what I was paying for and the length and coverage amounts I would not have any complaints at this timeWarranty terms were also misleading and falsely explained to further the purchase of the warrantyIf the warranty is truly not able to be canceled after a very shorty period of time that should be explained to customers as well, although I feel that it should be due to the circumstances in this incidentOverall just a very poor experience with this business from the startI was cheated, lied to and unfortunately taken advantage of for having good faith in this business based on previous positive reviews

The Vin number advertised is the one that belongs to the vehicleAlso customer viewed vehicle in person multiple times and the vin plate is on the vehicle displaying the vin numberWe can not change thatAs a dealer we are not required to provide the customer with the ***That is up to the
customer to do their own due diligenceAlso all paperwork signed off by customer also displays the correct vin #Our store policy clearly states that there are no returns, refunds or exchanges which was also signed off by customer and you may see it attachedThe customer also bought the vehicle very cheap compared to market value and we can not offer any refunds or compensationSee the attached store policy

The vin number that Superior Motors advertised was *** along with a direct link to a *** report with this same vin number stating that the car was not involved in any car accidentsThe actual vin number of the car is ***I became aware that the vin number did not match the real vin number of the car after I purchased the vehicleI only purchased this vehicle based on the misleading information I was given that supported the lie that the vehicle was not involved in any car accidents

Hello,We replaced tires for this said customer at time of closing and she purchased the vehicle willingly. She had a issue down the line with the tires and out of goodwill we went ahead and ordered her another set of original tires which we were not even obligated to as that is not a warranty issue,...

but we took care of it anyways. We did not give her a warranty rather the car still has a BMW factory warranty. We apologize for her inconvenience however we did not do anything wrong and all her concerns have been met. If further info is requested we can provide our store policy form and more docs.

Comments were not written after the fact, impossible. If thats the case show us your copy. Second the car was 17895 before lender fees which get incorporated into the selling price. totaling 19625. There is no case here. Also read store policy. No case here.

You should see it in the system within a week everything was mailed to warranty company. Here is copy of new contract
