I was contacted by Red Cross as they were going door to doorThe salesman used deceptive tactics and insisted I sign a form that allows them to inspect my roof but, as the salesman said, I was under no obligation to use Their CompanyThe salesman also offered to pay at least part if not all of my deductible (which is illegal in MN)
I called several times no answer no reply to messagesThe last massage I sent Asked If I was ever going to see an estimate
After weeks and no response I received more estimates and I hired another company to do the work
After the roof was completely done I received a call from Red CrossI explained no one ever returned my calls and I went with another company
Now weeks later I receive a letter explaining I owe them 25% of the estimated cost, even though I never received an estimate from them
