In reference to complaint from *** *** ***.The Mazda van was sold “as-is” without warranty (supporting documents available upon request)However, I gave her the *** for free since the van unexpectedly had a serious problem shortly after they bought itOf course, I did not HAVE to do
that by any law or guaranteeI did that because I am a good person with good business practices and I like to make all of my customers happy.The *** was a good working car with good inspectionThis customer and her boyfriend were very pleasant and understanding about the vanThey were especially appreciative that we gave then a different carThat was months ago and this is the first complaint I have heard from themTo my knowledge, they have never made any direct contact with my company about any issues they have had with the *** we gave them.Company Owner,Michael S
