8/26/2017, however before the next day the customer cancelled the appointment abruptly. We have a 100% money back guarantee , however we were not afforded a chance to discuss the options. We were told she preferred steam and not bother coming back. We do not use toothbrushes to clean. I did tell the customer it was tight to work along her cabinet line and we would use a tooth brush if needed in an example of our commitment to do whatever it takes to rectify the problem.
