Review: This company is refusing to honor a $ 150.00 gift certificate because they had an ownership change from when the time the certificate was issued. There are many of the same employees still working there from the previous owner, and aside from the new management, the place is identical to the original business (They didn't even change the sign.) I went in multiple times asking politely to honor the services promised on the gift certificate, and left my phone number with them for the owner to contact me. I have not been contacted, and this company is not taking their fraudulence towards me seriously.Desired Settlement: The gift certificate is for a complete wash and hand wax outside, along with a carpet shampoo, which is written out to $150.00. I would like a refund because I never want to do business with, nor do I trust the services of, a company with such unethical business practices.
