Review: We paid $99( + $11 tip) to take family picture at the Red Carpet Portraits and Parties.The package includes sitting fee and 3 Digital Downloads of High Resolution pictures.After they upload the pictures on their website. We choose 40 more pictures to purchase the High Resolution pictures. Which is $388 ( + $2) for 40 additional pictures.The photographer told us that she will give us High Resolution pictures(Original files). However, She sent 576 x 720 pixel and 96 DPI files for original files and 1820 x 1023 pixel and 72 DPI files for Edited files.I asked the photographer several times to send me the original files. But the photographer is not giving me the files and she replied my email saying that "Please do not contact us in anyway again concerning this matter, or we will be forced to contact the authorities and file harassment charges against you. "I just wanted my original files so that I can print those 43 pictures in large size such as 20 by 30-inch frame but these files are not possible to print in that size.Desired Settlement: If it is possible then I would like to get original pictures in High resoultion. Otherwise, I want them to refund the $390 that I paid to get Hight resolution pictures.
