Due to this complaint, I have fully refund the guestlease remove this against us /the guest was rude from check in guest never brought any issues to our attention until guest called a week later, we offer her a 20% discount She said she would want more discount she would stay again I asked why she would stay if guest complains were are so dirty Guest said would stay if more discount was given would stay, I offered her max discount

Dear ***,In reference to the above complaint with ID ***, the guest checked in the hotel for two nights & had to leave the same day & as per the motel regulations guest was refunded one night charge But they are trying to make excuses to get refund for both the nights
They have stayed here earlier also. It's just an excuse to get the refund
