I requested a month to month membership and was told membership would simply end when payment stops. Was told by two different employees the very same thing when I told them I wanted to end the month to month membership. This business is highly unprofessional and communication stinks. One employee which I approached regarding this issue, she was behind the counter helping members, I told her that I wanted to end my month to month, her reply was "ok, I'm just the janitor and I'll take note of it".Desired Settlement: Remove me from collections.
