I paid $on 10/04/for two bicycles to be custom built at Recycled Bike We were told our bikes would be completed and ready for pickup within two weeks I followed up after one month and was told they'd be ready in one more week I followed up after two months and was told they'd be ready in one more week I have also followed up via email and never received a response Throughout all this time there was never any updates that the bicycles would be late; all information was vague and only received after I repeatedly contacted the owner After three and a half months I gave up and asked for a refund on 01/18/ Matthew, the owner, agreed to giving us a refund and I was told I would receive it in two weeks It has been over two months and we do not have our refunds I have consistently reached out to the owner via text, phone, and in person asking about our refund and consistently get told that we will get our refund soon
