Good afternoon. [redacted] contacted RecycleBank on 7/*/2016 @ 6:45 pm to redeem points through our Customer Support. Upon [redacted] account being reviewed; he was informed that his points had been debited in his account. One of our Customer Care agent informed him that the city of...
Hollywood decided to end their relationship with RecycleBank on 6/**; because they were partnering with another organization. On June [redacted] the points would have been debited out of the residents of the City of Hollywood. [redacted] was informed of this and yelled at the Customer Care Agent and then the Supervisor of the Department and both times he was directed to the City of Hollywood to air his grievances. Our rewards do not carry a Dollar value for our members so there is no basis of $500 being owed and or stated by [redacted]. The City of Hollywood informed their resident on 6/5 and RecycleBank wanting to be ahead of that date sent a mass email to all Active residents of the City of Hollywood on 6/* with the following email.Its unfortunate that the City of Hollywood decided to terminate their contract with us; but we are at the behest of our clients.Thank you, Bryant M[redacted]Customer Care Director
Review: On September [redacted] I have requested two [redacted] tickets via Rewards program from Recyclebank.
On October [redacted] I submitted inquiry via online from Recyclebank web site. Request # is [redacted] recorded with the company. Since then, I received 3 responses back, once suggesting that I am checking my "spam" folder, which I actually did. The second response was that they resubmitted my request and await 7-10 days. In following up with second response, I receive a different response that they had issues with vendor services and to patiently await.
This is very aggravating, as a participant into this program with such poor system in Customer service/resolutions.Desired Settlement: I want to receive the tickets that I have ordered for. That is simply Recyclebank staying behind their program.

after submitting complaint to Revdex.com, Recyclebank has responded me via [redacted], email and delivered the tickets. Not sure if a coincidence or timing of their resolution to my issue.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Review: I asked this establishment why I had not received my award, the company stated I submitted something fraudulent. I inquired as to what this fraud was and received no response. Now, the company has dissolved my account and has not awarded me my reward.Desired Settlement: I would simply like to receive my reward.
