We are a recycling company and while we are often required to remove a small amount of trash from recycled materials we try to educate the customer that trash is not acceptable As the complaint stated they are a regular customer What it doesn't say is that they have been repeatedly told that they must remove all trash from their bags and all cans must be completely empty of liquids They admit to having trash in the bags, but only a small amount, and infer that there must be liquid still in the cans since she didn't want it to splash on her new paint job We want their business but they need to abide by our rules As far as the money is concerned, the other person in the truck asked us to please just take the bags as they were not interested in sorting through them-I guess they thought we would!Just a guess, they have containers in their bar for cans but can't keep the trash out of them
